Senior Director, Integrated Insights (US) (Biotech)

Location: United States - California - El Segundo

Salary: $205,615-$266,090 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the US Integrated Insights function across brand, portfolio, and market access stakeholders.
• Develop integrated market narratives using market research, analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and organizational insights.
• Oversee market research, insights programs, analytics pods, performance reporting, opportunity assessments, and market landscape analyses.
• Own US brand forecasting for inline and launch products and support LRP, LE, AOP, and launch planning.
• Lead payer, provider, account, and market access insights, including KPIs, performance monitoring, and access optimization.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while contributing to CIAO leadership and organizational capability development.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years.
• Significant experience leading commercial insights, analytics, forecasting, market research, or market access functions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, analytical, and strategic business skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead through complex matrix organizations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD, or PhD.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or cell therapy.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
