Manager Sr., Strategy & Analytics (Supply Chain)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States. In-office at a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year strategy, annual priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, milestones, and balanced scorecards for the North America Supply Chain organization.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain transformation, process optimization, digital enablement, procurement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on annual operating plans, forecasting, cost reporting, savings measurement, and value realization.
• Transform operational, financial, supplier, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and contract data into dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and executive recommendations.
• Lead process mapping, future-state design, implementation planning, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or comparable methodologies.
• Guide and mentor analysts, facilitate executive reviews and governance meetings, and influence stakeholders across sourcing, logistics, operations, Finance, Technology, and brand teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, supply chain, operations excellence, finance, or project/program management.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills, including proficiency with Power BI and Excel; SQL or comparable data-query experience is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, AOP tracking, savings measurement, and business case development.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, balanced scorecards, and performance management frameworks, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive presentation, written communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant master’s degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, logistics, procurement, retail, consumer goods, or another complex service environment.
• Experience with consulting firms, transformation partners, benchmarking organizations, change management, training, or organizational capability building.
