What you will do

• Teach assigned nursing courses in classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings.
• Create student-centered learning experiences using innovative teaching strategies, technology, and evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop remediation strategies.
• Mentor students and support their academic, professional, and clinical development.
• Participate in committees, accreditation activities, program evaluation, faculty mentoring, and professional service.
• Maintain clinical expertise and use data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve teaching and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• At least two years of professional nursing experience related to the teaching discipline.
• Demonstrated clinical nursing expertise in the specialty area being taught.
• Active, unencumbered nursing licensure or certification required for the relevant discipline and state regulations.
• Experience with learning management systems, simulation equipment, and online learning platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, clinical partners, and other stakeholders.
