Vice President of Programs & Training (AI)

Location: New York City; hybrid/on-site with an expectation of being on-site 4 to 5 days per week. The role requires flexibility to support evening and weekend programs, including Monday through Wednesday evenings and Saturday and Sunday daytime sessions.

Salary: $240,000–$265,000 base annually, with total compensation of up to $300,000 including performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the vision, pedagogy, architecture, curriculum, and job-readiness standards for AI-native training programs.
• Scale program delivery frameworks toward serving thousands of Builders annually and explore licensing, franchising, and institutional growth models.
• Lead the full enrollment funnel, including community outreach, recruitment, selection, onboarding, retention, persistence, and Builder success.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, institutions, referral networks, employers, volunteers, and industry leaders.
• Establish forecasting models, KPI frameworks, operating rhythms, quality standards, and data-driven improvement systems.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, represent hirify.global externally, and shape national expansion and AI workforce development strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments.
• At least 5 years managing teams of 10+ people, ideally including managers of managers.
• Experience owning end-to-end program outcomes, including outreach, enrollment, retention, skill acquisition, and job placement.
• Experience designing and scaling learning models, curricula, or workforce and adult-learning programs.
• Strong people leadership, feedback, accountability, KPI management, data analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Hands-on ability to implement AI tools, automation, and technology infrastructure in team workflows.
