Logistic Billing Analyst (Logistics)

What you will do

• Process customer accounts receivable billing accurately and on schedule according to company policies.
• Manage billing corrections and prepare correction forms using an Access database.
• Review freight documentation, audit carrier bills, and interpret tariffs and contracts supporting accounts payable.
• Investigate billing errors and duplicate carrier charges, then coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support profit-and-loss management, planning, forecasting, and account reporting.
• Use internal technologies and perform other duties related to the position.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, customer service, transportation, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to assess situations, make decisions, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
