Creative Specialist Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end video production for Meta products in Mexico and Colombia.
• Source and coordinate UGC creators, editors, and external contractors to deliver videos on time.
• Review content quality, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with the internal post-production design team.
• Manage contracts, invoices, payments, complaints, and other administrative details of collaborations.
• Oversee card delivery, including the last-mile process, and keep the internal CRM updated throughout production.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and contribute to concepts, scripts, trend research, and creative brainstorming.

Requirements

• Previous project management experience is strongly preferred.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, independence, and proactive communication.
• Experience or knowledge in social media and performance marketing.
• Comfort with contracts, invoices, payments, and follow-ups.
• Intermediate English is preferred.
