Senior Data Team Lead (Clinical Data Management)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data management delivery for single- and multi-service clinical research projects.
• Lead multiple large global studies or study programs through planning, execution, and close-out.
• Act as the primary customer contact for data management deliverables, negotiations, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Create, review, and approve data management plans while ensuring quality and compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Manage project resources, budgets, financial tracking, change orders, pricing discussions, and bid defense support.
• Train and mentor junior Data Team Leads and drive process, technology, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of direct data management experience, including 5 or more years as a Clinical Data Management project lead.
• Proven experience managing multiple global clinical trials through the full data management life cycle, including large trials with at least 1,000 patients.
• Expert knowledge of data management processes, including SAE reconciliation, external data vendor reconciliation, local laboratory data, and new technologies.
• Experience independently handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy or physiology, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory guidelines, and clinical drug development.
