Spec, IT - Disaster Recovery & Resilience

What you will do

• Coordinate enterprise application recovery testing across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Develop annual testing schedules, define test scope and success criteria, and facilitate test execution and post-test reviews.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans, recovery procedures, dependencies, recovery time objectives, and recovery point objectives.
• Plan tabletop exercises, develop scenarios and discussion guides, and document lessons learned and after-action reports.
• Track risks, issues, remediation actions, compliance measures, and program performance.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, executive summaries, and program updates for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, IT operations, risk management, governance, compliance, PMO, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating recovery tests, tabletop exercises, or resilience validation activities.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, cyber resilience, operational resilience, backup and recovery, and application dependencies.
• Familiarity with AWS, cloud environments, on-premises infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, operational technology, or regulated environments.
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or risk management programs.
• ITIL Foundation, CAPM, PMP, CBCP, EDRP, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
