Global Professional Engagement Coordinator

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through updates, communication, and alignment with project goals.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support project and program delivery while developing team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
