Senior Generalist Recruiter (AI)

Location: NYC office, on-site; paid relocation support is available for moving to NYC.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity and a 15% annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, BizOps, Marketing, Product, Design, and technical functions.
• Switch between technical and non-technical searches while calibrating quickly with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope, evaluate candidates, and drive timely decisions.
• Lead outbound sourcing and write personalized candidate outreach.
• Partner with the dedicated sourcer on high-priority roles and build quality pipelines.
• Manage multiple searches, maintain stakeholder accountability, and close candidates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor.
• Strong outbound sourcing and candidate messaging skills.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Strong judgment when evaluating candidates across different functions.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with Ashby, Noon, LinkedIn Recruiter, WAAS, or BuiltIn.
