Senior ISO Channel Sales Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prospect for, recruit, negotiate with, and close new ISO and channel partners.
• Develop partner strategies and drive sales performance, growth, and revenue targets.
• Guide new partners through API integration, certification, training, onboarding, and product adoption.
• Obtain and oversee the launch of the first two merchant leads, then coordinate the formal partner handoff after five successful merchant onboardings.
• Maintain accurate partner and merchant records in Salesforce and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer care, product, and technology operations.
• Track channel KPIs, identify marketing opportunities, provide performance feedback, and resolve escalated service issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in channel sales.
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com preferred.
• Ability to work from the Center Valley, Pennsylvania office.
