Senior Project Manager, Operations (Contract)

Location: Remote - US; the role is part of a 100% remote working environment, with in-person team meetups.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of new products and product line extensions from ideation and concept development through formulation, testing, and commercial launch.
• Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process, timelines, scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams on specifications, development progress, and launch readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, cost issues, timeline risks, and delays across concurrent projects.
• Use project management tools such as Asana and Google Sheets to track work and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the VP, Innovation & Portfolio Management with innovation roadmap and portfolio prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience involving product development, innovation, or portfolio management.
• Experience with end-to-end product development, including formulation, sourcing, regulatory, quality, and go-to-market processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent development projects and meeting milestones and launch dates.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies; stage-gate or similar innovation process experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, risk management, and prioritization skills.
