Technician I, Facilities/Maintenance

What you will do

• Support routine facility and equipment maintenance, including minor repairs and general upkeep.
• Coordinate and manage work orders to ensure maintenance requests are handled accurately and on time.
• Document maintenance activities, facility issues, inspection results, and operational records.
• Assist with space planning and maintaining records such as power diagrams, network diagrams, and space usage documentation.
• Communicate with the maintenance team, participate in facilities training, and promote adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Basic training and the ability to follow standard maintenance procedures.
• Ability to address routine problems using defined solutions and work under close supervision.
• Accurate and timely reporting, basic analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• For positions located in the US, a drug test is required after a conditional offer.
