Facilities (MAC) Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; 100% onsite

hirify.global operates a U.S. commercial aircraft manufacturing facility producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute workplace changes, employee relocations, space reconfigurations, and furniture or equipment adjustments.
• Develop workplace solutions for headcount growth, departmental reorganizations, and new workplace concepts.
• Perform occupancy analysis, space planning, forecasting, test-fits, option comparisons, and facility planning.
• Lead migration, restack, and large-scale occupancy projects across a multi-building campus.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage budgets, and conduct site walk-throughs and readiness checks.
• Prepare management presentations and actionable space or move plans based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or project coordination.
• Experience with occupancy planning, tenant occupancy projects, space planning, or program management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic CAFM and AutoCAD skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; eligible for employment in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Suite.
• Knowledge of current facilities industry trends, best practices, and technology.
