TNFRP Synthesis Technician II (Weekend Overnight)

Location: Onsite in Coralville, Iowa, United States. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Operate synthesizers and use organic chemistries to produce high-quality oligos.
• Operate liquid handling robots and customized laboratory machinery for high-throughput production.
• Process and transfer products for customer use.
• Organize and prioritize laboratory workflow according to management direction.
• Troubleshoot process and instrument issues, report problems, and follow up on work orders.
• Maintain and complete standard work processes, including crude material inventory management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Prior IDT synthesis experience.
• Ability to perform work involving standing, walking, lifting, repetitive hand motions, and close visual inspection.
• Ability to work onsite during overnight weekend shifts in Coralville, Iowa.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP software.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, or Power BI.
• Experience using and troubleshooting liquid handling robots.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
