Growth Strategy, Senior Associate (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site, with in-person work required at the office 4–5 days per week

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Take next-generation AI products and business lines to market.
• Build business cases and structure deals for large housing operators.
• Maintain momentum across the sales and growth pipeline.
• Work across Sales, Product, and Operations to scale new business lines.
• Own critical growth initiatives and contribute to the direction of future platforms.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a top program or 1–2 years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex or ambiguous inputs into clear recommendations.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Clear communication and ability to build trust across Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
