Senior Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: US; remote-first workplace

Base salary: $120,000–$230,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own integrated schedules, task tracking, action logs, dependencies, priorities, and follow-through across active datacenter and manufacturing programs.
• Maintain Linear or Procore as the authoritative source of program status and flag schedule risks, blockers, and delivery gaps early.
• Run weekly working-level program status meetings and produce concise reports on program health.
• Prepare executive briefings, pre-reads, agendas, and status materials for the Director and VP.
• Maintain KPI tracking for Legal, Procurement, Recruitment, and other support functions, including response times, SLA adherence, and cycle times.
• Coordinate follow-up on overdue reviews, approvals, commitments, and escalation actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination in infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linear, Procore, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.
• Strong organization, documentation, written communication, and executive briefing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, identify operational trends, and work with KPI and SLA data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• US-based role with a remote-first work arrangement.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with datacenter, construction, manufacturing, or AI infrastructure programs.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
