Senior Associate, Procurement (Aerospace)

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States — on-site. The role requires an active, in-scope DoD Secret Clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for a classified program, from sourcing strategy and supplier onboarding through purchase order closeout.
• Draft, issue, and negotiate RFPs, NDAs, purchase orders, master agreements, service agreements, and related contract vehicles.
• Select suppliers, assess and mitigate project risks, and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Manage supplier relationships, purchase order execution, delivery, invoicing, payment, returns, cost, and schedule performance.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality and cross-functional stakeholders to define execution methods and meet customer, cash flow, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Travel for business up to 10% and negotiate best value, lead times, payment terms, milestones, and legal documents.

Requirements

• Active, in-scope DoD Secret Clearance and ability to maintain the clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience; alternatively, a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in procurement sourcing, negotiation, and compliance.
• Practical knowledge of procurement operations, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace or aircraft industry, particularly with militarized aircraft.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR procurement regulations.
• Additional SAP ERP experience.
