Legal Operations Lead (AI)

Location: New York, on-site

What you will do

• Build and maintain contract lifecycle management workflows, approval logic, templates, and processes.
• Design a legal intake process to route requests from internal stakeholders.
• Configure AI-powered tools to improve the speed and efficiency of the legal function.
• Manage corporate administration, Board and stockholder matters, signatures, records, and knowledge-management systems.
• Coordinate corporate compliance, entity management, domestic and foreign filings, and registered agents.
• Support stock administration, cap table hygiene, outside counsel, and legal spend management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, or corporate paralegal work, preferably at a high-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to build and document operational processes from the ground up.
• Experience configuring workflows and templates in Ironclad or a similar CLM platform.
• Experience with AI tools and sound judgment about their benefits and risks.
• Strong judgment about which matters to handle independently and which to escalate.
• Exposure to corporate and equity administration, with familiarity with Carta or a similar platform.
