VP of Global Growth (AI)

hirify.global provides AI-powered intelligence platforms that help public- and private-sector agencies investigate illicit activity, build cases, and disrupt crime. TRM is a Series C company building tools for national security and cybersecurity use cases.

What you will do

• Own global pipeline generation planning across markets, regions, offerings, and customer types.
• Map the customer journey, identify funnel bottlenecks, improve Sales handoffs, and use win/loss insights to refine programs.
• Lead demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, field marketing, digital, and regional growth programs.
• Build paid and organic acquisition, AI discovery, website conversion, landing page, nurture, and reactivation capabilities.
• Establish attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and funnel visibility while using AI and automation to increase operating speed.
• Recruit and develop leaders, manage budgets and agency relationships, and advise executive leadership on pipeline performance and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Experience owning and growing qualified pipeline in enterprise technology businesses with complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
• Strong quantitative judgment, including funnel modeling, attribution, acquisition economics, payback analysis, forecasting, and experiment design.
• Deep full-funnel expertise spanning awareness, MQL generation, opportunity creation, Sales handoffs, and downstream pipeline outcomes.
• Experience leading demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, digital, field or regional marketing, operations, and analytics.
• Applied AI fluency in campaign operations, targeting, content production, forecasting, attribution, or analysis.
• Multi-region experience across North America, APAC, and EMEA, plus strong executive communication and GTM partnership.

• Experience with public-sector or regulated-buyer motions.
• Experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion.
