What you will do

• Own an ambiguous but defined growth problem from diagnosis through execution.
• Develop growth channels, including paid acquisition, AI search visibility, and strategic partnerships.
• Shape go-to-market strategies for customer segments such as retirees, freelancers, and companies.
• Design and run experiments, campaigns, and programs end to end.
• Produce performance creatives using AI workflows and scale asset creation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, use performance data, and connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning a meaningful growth, acquisition, segment, market, or related marketing scope.
• Strong problem-framing, prioritisation, and experimentation skills.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions and assess business impact.
• Hands-on execution experience and understanding of adjacent teams and activities.
• Ability to work with limited direction in an ambiguous environment.
• Clear communication, constructive stakeholder management, curiosity, and adaptability.
