What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and oversee integrated master schedules for concurrent capital projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
• Lead scheduling strategy using Primavera P6 and develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules where applicable.
• Perform critical path, float, productivity, earned value, schedule variance, forecasting, and risk analyses.
• Integrate contractor and subcontractor schedules, resolve interface issues, and recommend corrective actions and recovery strategies.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and present milestone status, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations to project and executive leadership.
• Establish scheduling standards, support claims and change analysis, and mentor junior schedulers and project controls personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 8–12 years of project scheduling or project controls experience on large industrial, energy, EPC, oil and gas, power generation, data center, or heavy construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, master schedule integration, resource planning, earned value management, forecasting, and project controls.
• Experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases, including contractor and subcontractor schedule management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction sequencing, procurement schedules, and commissioning plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Acumen Fuse, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Power BI, or similar project controls software.
• PMP, PSP, or another project controls certification.
• Experience with power generation, microgrid, renewable energy, oil and gas, or large industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of cost controls, estimating, EPC execution methodologies, and portfolio-level reporting.
