Project Control Manager - Project Delivery, ANS

Location: St. Louis, MO; onsite at client sites. Travel may be required up to 50%.

What you will do

• Provide oversight, coaching, and support to Project Controls Specialists.
• Review project execution plans, cost estimates, risk assessments, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assess project performance and controls analytics, identify emerging issues, and develop mitigation and recovery actions.
• Implement change management processes and maintain accurate project baselines.
• Develop risk registers, quantitative risk assessments, monthly review standards, portfolio reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Guide schedule and cost adherence, contract administration, payment milestones, reporting exceptions, governance, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Six or more years of capital project management or project controls experience, including utility capital projects.
• Experience developing and implementing project delivery standards and stage-gate processes.
• Expert knowledge of scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, reporting, and project or construction management fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of scheduling software and strong spreadsheet-based analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex issues using logic, data, and structured analysis and communicate decisions effectively.
• Ability to perform field walkdowns across moderate to rough terrain and lift up to 25 pounds overhead.

Nice to have

• Direct project controls experience supporting utility capital projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Power BI, Oracle Crystal Ball, or other quantitative risk tools.
• Experience with EPC, multi-prime, or other contracting models and construction-site, engineering-office, or fabrication-facility environments.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, AACE International, P6, or comparable project controls certification or training.
