Project Manager (SIP Services)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT; onsite in the West Region with frequent construction-site work and travel up to 75%

What you will do

• Lead project controls and deliver scaffold, insulation, and paint scopes on commercial and industrial projects.
• Manage project baselines, phasing, recovery plans, handover milestones, change orders, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Implement productivity measurement systems, analyze labor and crew performance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to sequence work and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor workmanship, safety, inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Produce executive dashboards, look-ahead schedules, earned value reports, risk registers, and project status updates.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in scaffolding, insulation, and painting, including 3 years in project controls or scheduling on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing scaffold, insulation, and paint scopes.
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Excel skills and familiarity with project controls and reporting tools.
• NACE Level 1 certification, TWIC, and a valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of scaffold systems, insulation materials, paint systems, construction sequencing, safety standards, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
