Manager, Field Service Project Controls

Location: Office/Site only in Orlando, Florida, United States. Willingness to travel 20% domestically is required.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project control methodologies, best practices, and templates for the Field Service organization.
• Establish governance to monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for project control processes and tools.
• Mentor and develop a team of project control specialists while managing performance and professional growth.
• Consolidate project status information, financial data, and schedules for senior leadership reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project controls, project management, or a PMO role.
• Strong team leadership, financial management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in energy, power generation, or industrial field service is highly preferred.
• PMP and Primavera P6 Professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
