Site Design Manager (Group Leader) (Civil 3D)

Location: Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK office; ability to travel between these locations is required.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations, staff management, group dynamics, project prioritization, and goal setting for the site design group.
• Monitor project performance, employee utilization, workload, and efficiency, implementing improvement plans where needed.
• Oversee project management, quality control, safety standards, and project execution across the group.
• Support employee development through goal setting, feedback, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Maintain strong client service and coordinate with group leaders and business development on repeat-client marketing and new pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
• General understanding of Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, leadership, management, teamwork, and client-service skills.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain staff who deliver results.
