Project Manager, Engineering (Design-Build): Leading multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, and design teams delivering integrated projects across advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer, and ecommerce environments with an accent on scope, schedule, budget, and design quality. Focus on coordinating project delivery from concept through construction administration, managing client relationships, reviewing submittals and RFIs, and confirming design intent through site visits.
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; travel to client or project sites as required

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and designers through all project phases, from concept through construction administration.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client goals.
- Implement project quality reviews and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
- Act as the primary client contact and support effective communication and decision-making.
- Oversee submittal and RFI reviews and conduct site visits to confirm alignment with design intent.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client discussions supporting business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or college.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering design, construction, or project management.
- 2+ years of experience managing design or project teams.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer, or ecommerce environments, including client requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, adaptability, resilience, and attention-to-detail skills; willingness to travel to project sites.
