Senior Financial Analyst, GTM (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates must be based on the East Coast for easier overlap with global cross-functional support.

Salary: $103,000–$134,000 base salary annually, plus a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Partner with the global field sales organization as a strategic finance business partner.
• Review and refine top-line bookings forecasts with senior sales leadership.
• Align quarterly forecasts for new and expansion business with Revenue Operations and corporate FP&A.
• Lead headcount, capacity, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Define and analyze sales productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation.
• Build forecast models for annual planning and translate complex financial data into recommendations for executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience managing complex revenue forecasts, corporate reporting, and GTM finance business partnering.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Expert proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with hirify.global, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Experience applying automation and AI to financial modeling and process optimization.
• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA.
