MAC Coordinator (FF&E)

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA; onsite supervision of furniture moves, adds, changes, and dispositions is required. Open to travel and after-hours work.

Salary: $25.13–$29.57

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement small clinical furniture, fixtures, and equipment requests.
• Oversee asset reconfigurations, inventory, disposition, storage facilities, and space-efficiency initiatives.
• Obtain quotes, prepare RFQs, issue purchase orders, and coordinate contractors.
• Supervise furniture installations, equipment moves, and onsite regional activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact for FF&E requests and small projects.
• Track timelines, budgets, SLAs, KPIs, safety requirements, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in furniture specification, interior design, project management, construction management, clinical administration, event coordination, decommission management, or architecture.
• Proficiency in at least three listed tools, including AutoCAD, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Serraview, Bluebeam Revu, 360Facility, Yardi, Teams, or Adobe.
• Strong public speaking, customer service, written communication, and technical skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
• Ability to follow licensing, certification, safety, and security requirements for healthcare equipment and supplies.
