Salary: $20.50–$29.18 per hour; most qualified candidates receive $20.50–$22.17 per hour.

What you will do
- Coordinate family and student events, including report card conferences.
- Execute internal and state assessments while ensuring compliance with state testing requirements.
- Manage student food systems, meal distribution, and food vendor partnerships.
- Support student and staff technology, school décor, transportation, extracurricular activities, enrichment programs, and field trips.
- Plan and execute operational projects and new initiatives in collaboration with teachers, building partners, operations staff, students, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience.
- Prior project management or office-based customer service experience.
- Experience overseeing large projects from planning through execution and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong digital literacy, including database management, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
