Delivery Lead - Candidate Generation

What you will do

• Interview, hire, coach, lead, and develop a team of sourcers and senior talent consultants.
• Manage sourcing workflows, delegate assignments, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth.
• Build client relationships and provide expertise in talent sourcing, performance, and return on investment.
• Develop sourcing strategies and qualified talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.
• Implement recruiting processes, practices, analytics, and strategic plans to improve team efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging sourcing technologies, tools, industry trends, and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline, or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a sourcing or recruiting environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and team performance analysis.
• Experience with Boolean search strings, Chrome extensions, social mining, ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and technical skills.
