TA Partner - APAC

Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for positions across ASEAN markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, internet research, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand requirements and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Manage applicant flow and recruitment activities in the application tracking system.
• Support diversity initiatives and help attract diverse candidate slates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in any industry.
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience and experience identifying passive candidates through creative methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient use of recruitment systems and strong networking and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Self-directed, resourceful, collaborative, inquisitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
