TL;DR
Junior Talent Specialist (Recruitment/ATS): Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for multiple roles with an accent on candidate experience, recruitment operations, and accurate database management. Focus on talent scouting across hiring platforms, analyzing recruitment metrics, and maintaining efficient ATS-driven hiring workflows.
Location: Remote in the Philippines; permanently remote. Work 8 hours within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times.
Salary: USD $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create and publish job advertisements while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and use the ATS to keep records accurate and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements
- Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates with an interest in HR are welcome.
- English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail when managing candidates, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
- Professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate role information clearly to candidates.
- Ability to learn quickly, ask effective questions, and move candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Familiarity with ATS tools.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
- Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
