Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Manila (Specialist & Leadership Hiring)

What you will do

• Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business growth goals.
• Own end-to-end hiring for specialist and leadership roles, ensuring a fast and high-quality candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment best practices and role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Seek, ATS tools, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Track and analyse hiring data, identify recruitment funnel issues, and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Share recruitment insights and metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions across APAC.

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
• Previous RPO or headhunting experience combined with current in-house talent acquisition experience.
• Experience shaping hiring plans, influencing stakeholders, and refining role requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment funnel problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
