Digital Recruitment Associate

Location: Remote (Philippines); permanently remote, with an 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours. Start and end times are flexible, and hours may be split into multiple blocks.

Salary: USD $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements while supporting multiple open roles.
• Maintain candidate databases, interview notes, statuses, and recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate with HR and hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Use an applicant tracking system and monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in HR are welcome.
• Required language: English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organization when managing candidates, resumes, interview notes, assessments, and statuses.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking system tools.
• Must be based in the Philippines for this remote role and able to work within the stated EST core-hours window.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
