TL;DR
Recruitment Associate (Recruitment/ATS): Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for multiple roles with an accent on candidate experience, recruitment operations, and talent scouting. Focus on maintaining accurate ATS records, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers during the hiring process.
Location: Remote (Philippines); fully remote with 8-hour workdays within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours. Start and end times are flexible, and hours may be split into multiple blocks within this window.
Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create and post job advertisements and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and recruitment metrics in an applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements
- Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
- Required language: English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail when managing candidates, resumes, interview notes, assessments, and statuses.
- Professional presentation skills and the ability to understand and clearly explain different roles.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and the ability to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
- Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
