Manufacturing Engineer Technician-Machining (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze tooling, process steps, labor data, and material usage for engineering changes and new products.
• Conduct time studies, prototype production, process experiments, and trials, including packaging processes.
• Interpret quality data and recommend actions that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Research manufacturing methods, equipment, layouts, tooling, packaging, and safe handling techniques.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and manufacturing employees to implement best practices.
• Create training aids and standard work documentation while supporting problem-solving and future-state planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to integrate new and existing equipment designs and layouts.
• Ability to analyze technical information, CAD drawings, data, and process instructions and communicate findings effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• SolidWorks or equivalent CAD experience.
