Manufacturing Engineer (Valve Components)

What you will do

• Create and improve SAP machining routings, work instructions, labor standards, cycle times, tooling requirements, and production documentation for valve components.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, CNC programming, maintenance, scheduling, and design engineering to ensure executable and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Analyze shop-floor activity, cycle times, and production data to improve throughput, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate tooling, fixturing, gauging, and machine capability requirements for stable production execution.
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, capacity expansion, and technical manufacturing solutions.
• Train production personnel on routing procedures, manufacturing processes, and standardized best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in machining, manufacturing engineering, process planning, routing development, or production support.
• Working knowledge of CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding, workholding, tooling selection, and manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, material specifications, and inspection requirements and translate them into SAP routings.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve manufacturing challenges and improve performance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
