Content Trends, Associate Producer

Location: Los Angeles, United States; expected to work in the office 4+ days per week

Salary: $35.09–$52.40 per hour in Zone A (California); other U.S. pay zones may apply. Eligible for RSU equity.

What you will do

• Identify timely, trending, culturally relevant public content and creators on hirify.globalchat.
• Research thousands of hirify.globals to surface emerging trends, tentpole moments, timely conversations, and culturally relevant themes.
• Identify and collaborate with emerging content creators.
• Review and moderate submitted hirify.globals in real time.
• Collaborate with Trend Curators, Producers, engineering, moderation, and product teams to resolve issues and keep content timely and informative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital media, social media, or content-driven environments.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. short-form video trends, pop culture moments, and timely events.
• Strong research, organizational, written, verbal communication, and editorial skills.
• Understanding of Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
