Content Creator (Social Media)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $89,200–$142,600 or $93,900–$150,100 annually, depending on location.

What you will do

• Concept, script, shoot, and edit platform-native short-form content using agile production workflows.
• Represent hirify.global as an authentic, charismatic on-camera storyteller across social channels.
• Collaborate with Studio Z, internal business leads, Social, PR, and external creative agencies.
• Monitor digital subcultures, platform trends, and real-time conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Develop recurring social formats and translate brand narratives and product insights into engaging content.
• Coordinate Legal, Brand, and Production approvals while maintaining compliance and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience creating social-first content for major brands, media platforms, or an established personal channel.
• Mastery of short-form video production, including writing, shooting, lighting, and editing.
• Natural camera presence and the ability to communicate complex housing and product topics clearly.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, creative judgment, and ability to work in a fast-moving matrixed environment.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Portfolio upload is required with the application.
