Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Brillion, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at a commercial lawn equipment manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Develop time studies, work measurement systems, labor standards, and KPI reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Optimize plant layout, material flow, workstation ergonomics, assembly, packaging, and delivery readiness.
• Support new product introductions, process and tooling design, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and production staff training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role.
• Proficiency with CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with metal fabrication and assembly lines, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
