What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Operations and Service Management portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management organization and manage a large product portfolio.
• Transform UI-centric products into API-, data-, workflow-, and AI-first platforms.
• Define interactions between people, copilots, and autonomous agents across enterprise workflows.
• Partner with development, architecture, cloud operations, design, sales, marketing, and client success teams.
• Shape pricing, packaging, monetization, go-to-market strategy, governance, and outcome-based success measures.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, including SaaS and cloud platforms.
• VP-level leadership experience managing product leaders and large product portfolios.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, observability, AIOps, automation, workflow platforms, CMDB, asset management, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI-native product design, agentic AI, APIs, workflow orchestration, governance, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience creating and executing multi-year product strategies that drive growth, retention, modernization, and business impact.
• Strong commercial, executive communication, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and client engagement skills.
