Sr. Director, Product Operations (AI)

Location: Virtual, United States; travel required approximately 10–20% of the time

What you will do

• Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop product leaders and their teams while improving execution, productivity, and organizational capabilities.
• Guide product roadmaps, success criteria, launch plans, portfolio strategy, and product lifecycle management frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership, technology, engineering, legal, and business development teams to align product and company strategy.
• Build business cases, manage product investment decisions, and support department budgets, staffing, and financial commitments.
• Define product services, packaging, pricing, monetization, naming, customer research, and market insight practices.
• Advance the use of AI internally and in hirify.global products, including the development of AI agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 14 years of progressively responsible product development experience managing large-scale projects and implementations.
• At least 10 years of people management experience leading direct reports.
• Experience as a hands-on product manager and senior people leader, with strong coaching, stakeholder influence, and change-management skills.
• Applied AI experience, preferably including designing and building AI agents.
• Experience with SaaS, private equity-backed businesses, P&L management, department budgeting, monetization, and pricing strategy.
