Unified Communications Specialist (VoIP)

What you will do

• Provide Tier I–III support for an enterprise collaboration system and operate as the highest level of support for the unified communications environment.
• Maintain secure VoIP and video communication services using Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Jabber, and related systems.
• Resolve enterprise-level outages, implement complex call routing, configure firewall traversal and logging, and perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct change, incident, service request, problem, configuration, and asset management in accordance with client procedures.
• Perform network architecture reviews, vulnerability and traffic analysis, documentation, accreditation, auditing, and corrective-action reporting.
• Install, maintain, and decommission communications equipment; implement QoS policies and support preventive maintenance, directory management, and disaster-recovery operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Quantico, Virginia.
• Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI; clearance is required to start.
• IAT III certification required, such as CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, or CISSP/Associate.
• Experience with secure VoIP networks, SIP, SCCP, H.323, Cisco unified communications, videoconferencing, and network QoS.
• Ability to support classified and unclassified systems in accordance with DISA STIGs and government policies.
• Ability to work occasional off-hours for releases and outages; 0–10% travel may be required.

• ITIL v3 certification.
