Location: Romeoville, Illinois, United States. Hybrid role requiring full-time work during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, with onsite work at a fulfillment center at least 2 days per week.
Hourly base pay: $29-$33 per hour.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for frontline North American supply-chain positions.
- Source candidates through online platforms, social networks, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Pre-qualify and interview candidates, guide them through the process, and drive offers to completion.
- Provide clear communication and timely feedback while supporting interviewer preparedness and effective interview formats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement in recruiting operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience; high-volume recruitment experience is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time during standard business hours and onsite at the Romeoville fulfillment center at least 2 days per week.
- Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to manage competing demands.
- Comfort working in a data-driven environment and using metrics to guide decisions.
- Sense of urgency and ability to deliver recruiting results while working collaboratively.
