Recruiter

Location: Remote within all U.S. states

hirify.global is a digital tax filing platform within the Taxwell family, providing easy-to-use tax preparation software and customer support.

What you will do

• Support the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Prepare interview materials and debriefs.
• Extend employment offers and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Communicate with new hires before their start date and orient them on their first day.
• Process background checks and I-9s while tracking recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required; HRIS knowledge is preferred.
