Technical Recruiter (Part-Time)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data and analytics, product, and design roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates and complex technical searches.
• Develop talent pipelines and candidate nurture campaigns for future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate requirements, refine job descriptions, and design role-specific interview plans.
• Deliver a transparent, respectful, and well-paced candidate experience.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics while maintaining accurate requisitions, candidate stages, and reports in Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in in-house or corporate recruiting.
• A strong network of technical talent and demonstrated success sourcing high-demand technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, data and analytics, product, and/or design positions.
• Strong organization, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort using data and pipeline metrics to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage approximately 20 hours per week.
