Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Tariff Accounting)

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; onsite five days a week. Domestic travel up to 5%. Relocation is available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end tariff accounting process, including forecasting, monthly and quarterly analysis, and reporting.
• Consolidate tariff forecasts by partnering with business segments, divisions, and business units.
• Review internal and external financial communications, including quarterly earnings materials and elements of the 10-Q and 10-K.
• Communicate financial results to the Senior Director of FP&A and collaborate with segment CFO teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and finance system implementations.
• Provide mentorship and subject matter expertise on tariff accounting and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, accounting, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience in a large global or publicly traded organization.
• Manufacturing, operations finance, cost accounting, or tariff experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting dashboard tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance projects and driving process improvements.
