Senior Category Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid work from the Boston, MA; Bellevue, WA; or Plantation, FL hub, with 3+ days per week in the hub location

Base salary: $118,500–$189,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Supplements category while owning the P&L and business reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, assortments, pricing, costs, rebates, and commercial terms.
• Build data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and develop existing customers through lifecycle management.
• Analyze sales data, assortment gaps, and market trends to improve product performance.
• Partner with finance, marketing, supply chain, pricing, and customer service on planning and execution.
• Support the launch of new initiatives and engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in category management or a similar field, such as merchandising, buying, analysis, product, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in vendor management, merchandising, sales, marketing, and general management.
• Strong business judgment, written and oral communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead initiatives, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of retail mathematics.
• E-commerce experience is preferred; SQL knowledge is a plus.
