Senior Spend Manager (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: West Reading, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with required on-site work at the client site and willingness to travel.

Estimated annual salary: $88,900–$155,500, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex client programs and execute strategic workplans independently.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and align hirify.global solutions with client priorities.
• Analyze complex data and turn findings into actionable recommendations and analytical stories.
• Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to optimize utilization and value realization.
• Lead strategic initiatives, facilitate executive-level discussions, and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor peers and support standardization, continuous improvement, and innovative problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate actionable insights to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, influencing, and executive presence skills.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and mentor team members.
